Our purpose is to collect the necessary content from you to build you a website that brings out the special quality and service that sets your business apart from your competitors.
Our objective is to have one-on-one conversations with you to ascertain the business philosophy and image you want to project to your online visitors while working within the guidelines of the timeframes for content gathering and website development.
LET’S GET STARTED
To achieve these goals and objectives, Customer Service will telephone you initially during this Pre-Production phase and convey to you all of the guidelines necessary to begin the website development process.
You will be given your timelines:
- Content due date (Typically 30 – 45 days before your media advertising start date)
- Launch date – (Your media advertising start date)
You will be coached on the Website content needed by us in order to build your website.
We will ask you to submit:
- High Resolution copy of your Business Logo
- List of Pages
- Text for your pages
- Pictures for your website
WE CAN HELP
We will provide you with some “tools” to help you through this process:
- We will send you a copy of My Web Development Guide which will be your “hands on” guide to all of the practical information that we have discussed on our first contact telephone call. This guide also offers you an opportunity to visualize how your “virtual brochure” will appear on line.
- We will offer you an opportunity to view some of the websites we have developed for ideas on format, design and color. All of our websites are custom designed as we do not use templates. However, you will find that viewing these sites may enable you to better conceptualize your own website.
- Customer Service will follow up with you on a regular basis to ascertain the status of your content gathering, keep you updated on content submitted & content still needed and to answer any questions you may have.
WHEN YOU’RE READY
Customer Service will forward your folder to the Website Designers once we have enough content to start developing your New Website.
